Whirlpool “Crespeina“: The hot water massage whirlpool in the spa area provides you with a holistic wellness concept for body and soul. Submerge in the 36°C hot water and feel the relaxing effect of the water temperature on your body. The gentle massage in the whirlpool stimulates the circulation and has a soothing implication on the muscles. Fragrance oils in the water create a comfortable atmosphere and a perfect relaxation feeling for body and mind.

Finnisch Sauna “Stua Ciauda“: enables the rapid and healthy sweating of the body due to the high room temperature of 90°C and a low humidity. Infusions with menthol and eucalyptus contribute to your well-being and positively affect the respiratory tract, especially in the cold season.

Plunge pool “Ega Freida”: is the ideal cool down for your body after a healthy sauna visit. The cold dive stimulates the blood circulation and influences the metabolism in a positive way. The temperature difference between sauna and cold plunge pool is a refreshing and stimulating experience for the body.

Steam bath “L Ciule”: Take a deep and liberating breath and enjoy the revitalizing effect of various herbal extracts such as chamomile, eucalyptus and mint for the respiratory tract and the skin.
